This lecture was held on January 7, 2013 at the Rhode Island United States Naval War College. Jeremy Jackson, a Sr. Scientist Ermeritus from the Smithsonian Institute and a professor of Oceanography Emeritus at the Scripps Institute.
What Prof. Jackson offers in this lecture pulls together many of the pieces of information that is so lacking in our current discussions and debates on the state of the oceans and their impact on our society and the planet. It is a fairly long but very rewarding lecture.
